Play day
We had a good day of playing today. We are hearing reports about the sweltering weather back home. Thankfully,it has not reached us on the other side of the world. Things were relatively cool in the baby house today. Taylor played with her friends a lot today, and had a lot of fun. Below, you will see her with Kate. Kate is Annette and Marwan's daughter. They are on the same schedule as us, so Kate will get out of the baby house on the same day Taylor does. We are already planning play dates after both girls are out of the baby house.
Believe it or not, Kate is only two weeks older that Taylor. While Taylor is very small for her age (wearing 3-6 month clothes), Kate, who is nine months, is already wearing clothes for a 12-24 month old. Its funny to see the two of them together with such a size difference. They are both very cute with each other.

All in all, it was a good day. We had a lot of fun, got a lot of smiles, and enjoyed seeing Taylor becoming more mobile. In the past three days, she has really started to master pulling herself across the floor. She works very hard to get a toy, and then rewards herself by flipping over and just lying there with it. Soon enough, we will be chasing her around. Let's hope its not until after the long plane rides home.

That ios so awesome that she is scooting. Sophie started doing that when we were there and we thought it was sooo awesome.
She looks like she is having so much fun. The ball pen looks like so much fun. She is getting so big. I hope that dress I have will still fit her when you guys get home. I can't believe how much Taylor has changed since you 1st got there. She is blossoming. I told you they advance everyday sometimes its hard to keep up. The picture of Kate and her is cute as is the one with Taylor & Matthew. She is smaller but before too long that won't be the case.
Question: how long after the 15 day waiting period will you be able to take her from the baby house to be with you and then how long after that before you three are cleared to come home? You had mentioned play dates with kate once they leave the house and I was just wondering.
The ball pen picture shows just how much fun you all are having there bonding and making life long friends. This experience will change your lives forever.
Yes the weather here has been mid 90's and the humidity has been going up daily. You are not missing much as far as that goes.
Thanks for keeping us up to date with the blog. It is fantastic and you guys do such a good job with it.

Sorry we didn't send any messages yesterday. Somethng was wrong with our computer & wouldn't let us get into your blog. But we're back now!!
