My First Snoopy!

We received a care package yesterday from home. Thanks Mark, Debbie, Heather, Adam, and Aubrie! It was nice to receive some items from home, but best of all was Taylor's first Snoopy. Papa Mark worked so hard to find the perfect Snoopy for our little girl! She really enjoyed her new toy today.

Today was a day of exploring. Taylor had the chance to taste her own feet - YUM!!! We played in the mirror again, and Taylor really enjoyed looking at herself and spitting all over the glass. And she seemed to love her new sunglasses, though they were far more interesting to play with than to actually wear. They lasted all of about two seconds before they were ripped off.

All in all, it was a good day. Taylor got tired early and ended the day sleeping on Daddy's shoulder. Adorable!

You guys are gonna make Papa Mark's day when he sees the blog and the baby snoopy. Glad to know that all got there and on time as well, that part had me more than a little worried. Taylor gets cuter everyday. Hard to believe that she doesn't yet fit into 9 months clothes but she will catch up soon enough. The picture of her sleeping in Tony's arms is priceless. Are you able to take her out of the baby house yet? Most of the pictures have probably been taken on the grounds but still it looks very nice.
The ones from the other day are terriffic as well and yes the trees look like lego trees.
Have a great one. Hugs to all. Miss seeing you guys

Hi, We adopted two kids from the Astana Yellow baby house in Dec 2004-Jan 2005. It was unbelievably cold so we didn't get outside much but had a great time with the kids. Our daughter was 6mo and our son was 3yr 9mo when we met them. I'm writing because, just today, our son asked if I remembered the play room at the babyhouse. He recalls the slide that went into the pool of balls and the mirrors. He also remembered a sled ride onto the river, where he slipped on the ice and got a bloody nose. It is crazy the things kids remember. Anyway, your pictures reminded me of our exciting adventure to Astana and back home. The kids are doing great and growing so fast. Enjoy every moment. They have kept us very busy!! We did have a website, but I have been quite negligent since last year.
Take care!! Have fun!!

We Are Back and all caught up on your adoption pages. As I look at this bundle of joy I realize and observe through your pictures just how close she is becoming to both of you. I am so excited that no words can possibly say how I truly feel. I'm watching a family grow right before my eyes. I miss you guys so much and cannot wait for your return to the states. It appears that this little one is going to have a little sense of humor in addition to her crabby times. How cute is this!!!!!!!!!
Talk tommorrow

Love Grandpa

She is beyond adorable. I love your blog so much. Taylor is precious!!! I just read Jila's blog (thanks for posting that). Do you remember when you were like we are..reading every blog you can get your hand on and anxiously waiting? I swear blogs get me thru!! I was suprised to hear there is no coffee. My husband will die. I will put that on the list to bring for sure. Love Taylor's snoopy. My 9 year old son loves snoopy too. We may have to get one for Baby Kaz. :)
